What can be refunded?

Products sold on the Bold Buy website come with a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturer faults and defects. Supplier warranties of more than one year are honored for products sold through the Bold Buy

When do items need to be refunded by?

Warranty requests to be received by 12 months from the date of purchase.

Where do items need to be refunded to?

Warranty refund requests should be sent to info@boldbuy.com.au. We will provide information on the nearest distributor who can assist with the refund process. There is a distributor in each of Australia's capital cities.

How do customers refund items?

We will respond within two working days about the refund process and whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING for refunds?

Please keep in mind that refunds must be completed in advance or delivered to one of our distributors as agreed upon.

Credit for refunds?

Approved warranties can have the battery replaced or credit refunded using the original payment method.
